New hand-held XRF analyzer
for demanding
elemental analysis - the OX-R Oxford Instruments announces the launch of a robust X-ray Fluorescence (XRF) analyzer – the OX-R, for highly accurate and reliable elemental analysis. The OX-R represents the 4th generation of world-renowned X-ray Fluorescence hand-held analyzers. Engineered for high performance and reliability, this brand new portable XRF analyzer combines patented PentaFET® detector technology offering guaranteed fast analysis and lower detection limits for all elements of interest.
